Yes, Include green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink a lot of water regularly to flush out toxins. Avoid deep fried snacks.Hope this link helps with more remedies .

what is not a cure for acne. it is good for overall functioning of the body and keeping things in balance to prevent certain diseases or conditions form occurring in the first place. find a good treatment and then hope like heck that it just sort of goes away on it's own like most people.
