I got no pimples with either pregnancy, and my first was a girl, and this one is a boy.

no..it's not true. anyone that is pregnant with a boy or girl can get acne. acne is caused by stress and clogged pores. being pregnant can be really stressful. i had some acne and i had a boy. it just all depends on the person and if they wash their face or have anything they are stressing over.

My first pregnancy (a boy) I had a lot more skin "issues" then I do now (37 weeks pregnant with a girl) Although, I never really had skin issues until I got pregnant with my first at the age of 21.
