I am thinking about getting a zeno, but there are a few choices. I have acne that isn't severe or mild, but it's closer to severe. I don't want to pick the wrong product, I want the best one, I wanted to know if anyone could help me out and tell me which is the best choice and most effective. i think you should go to a dermatologist. I had bad acne, and they gave me a pill called doxycycline, and a opical cream called duac, if its severe you can try acutane, but it has a lot of side effects and you have to be closely monitored. but try not touching your face, use oil free and fregrance free lotion, wash with dove soap, wash your make up off, use hypo allerggenic products and dont touch your face during the day, i would say dont waste your money on these systems. good luck
