I know anything you'd get from a dermatologist like retin A is a big no no, but what about the Acne free stuff that's 10 % peroxide? Salicylic Acid is not good, I was using proactiv and it is safe, I think Acne Free is the same, Benzoyle Peroxide is ok.

A lot of times, dabbing plain toothpaste on my acne will dry it up fairly well.
