Baby acne at 8 months?

My eight month old keeps on getting these pimply things on his face, he is pretty fair-skinned so they get really red sometimes, but I am wondering how normal it is for him to still be getting baby acne at 8 months? Could it be another skin problem? They don't seem to bother him at all really, I am just getting tired of worrying about them. He had a MRSA boil at 2 weeks that went away within days of treatment and hasn't returned since... I don't think these are MRSA, because they go away on their own without any kind of treatment and I don't think MRSA would do that... any other ideas as to what it might be? Does anyone else's baby get these? I am not able to take him to the doctor until I get Medicaid (just moved) or I would ask a doctor.. just thought I'd get opinions here first. It could be an allergic reaction to any thing. Any kind of food, or even the soap/detergent used to wash his/her cloths, or reaction to warm enviroment. I think that it will be better to ask a pediatrician to have a more clear idea.
