I'm 23 now and a couple years back I had severe acne. I started taking a low dose birth control pill along with using a moisturizer for sensitive skin and the combination of both seemed to clear up my skin. I suppose I have adult/hormonal acne because my 26 year old brother has been through the same thing. If the pill got rid of your acne in the first place, it's highly likely it'll return once you stop taking them. You may, however, have 'outgrown' your acne - in which case, it may not return when you go off the pill. Really, the only way to know for sure is to try and see what happens. Worse case scenario - it comes back and you have to go back on BCP.

YES it probably will. I say that from experience. I didnt have a BF back in 2009 so I thought I would stop taking the pill while I was single. And after 2 months (when the hormones were out of my system) I started to get bad horrible acne again, like I did 9 years earlier before I started the pill! I mean I get a little acne here and there all the time, even on the pill. BUT off the pill it came back about 10 times worse! I immediately went back on the pill when I noticed this problem. Apparently all these years the pill was keeping it in control. So I recommend not stopping unless you are trying to have kids or feel really sick taking the pill.
