my stomach problems (my stomach is filled with junk) is causing all my acne. what foods or things should i do to help cleanse my stomach. do fiber-rich foods help? please help, i wanna look acne-free!!

I hear that some beans, carrots, spinach, and apples are pretty high in fiber.

If you want to get rid of acne drink water and eat apples, carrots, and salads. Just eat fruits and vegetables and drink water. You can also drink green tea.

I wouldn't suggest altering your diet without the advice of a nutritionist, have you been to see a doctor about your acne? I believe this would really help explore your options. Not to mention they could refer you to a nutritionist if that's something they believe would benefit you. Your body works in many different ways and your diet is so important I wouldn't suggest upping your fibre. Something you might not have realized either, (which is why I emphasise the importance of expert consultation) there are two types of fibre, soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and can break down a hard stool in the intestines. However insolub le fibre can actually give you constipation so you really need to talk to someone who knows a lot more about this to ensure you don't end up giving yourself more problems. :)
