l'm not sure if there is Cetaphil where you live. lt's not harsh and many use it.

You could consider using a product none as Cellfood,or a related product Oxygel.These products repair the damaged cells of the skin and body.The former is ingested, and or, applied topicaly.The latter is applied to the skin.Information about these products is available at info@ultimatehealth.com.au

Cetaphil gentle cleanser, Purpose liquid cleanser or Purpose Bar, Liquid Neutrogena, Aqua Glycolic cleanser are some good choices.
