Well i got a bit of acne on my forehead and chin, its not really that bad but i dont like it, anyways to get rid of it without having to buy expensive creams like proactive and shit, and i dont want that stuff kuz i heard you have to use it allll the time and when u stop using it your acne just comes back and sometimes comes back worse...Acne On Forehead And Chin, Best answer:

There are many products out there. The one I recommend is Neutrogena Acne Drying Gel. It's not that expensive and you just apply to the infected area twice daily. It's great. Also keep your face clean and oily skin under control as much as possible. Neutrogena also makes a great face wash. The combination of the two should just about do it.

The patient responded to monotherapy with a benzoyl peroxide combination product. This is a case of moderate acne. There are several to many papules and pustules on the forehead, cheeks, chin and neck. Papules were present on the upper back. Pustules were confluent on the cheeks. Initial therapy consisted of doxycycline 100 mg twice each day and a topical benzoyl peroxide-sulfur combination product (Sulfoxyl Strong). A Sulfacetamide - sulfur cleanser was used as tolerated. This is a case of severe acne. There are large papules and pustules on the face and back. Scars were present. Initial therapy consisted of minocycline 100 mg twice each day, a benzoyl peroxide/clindamycin combination product and a topical sulfacetamide-sulfur preparation. This patient is a candidate for isotretinoin if a short course of oral antibiotics and topical therapy fails. This is case of severe papulopustular acne.
