How about a harder but, better plan? I used to specialize in buyers which means I had to dig them up most of the time. The best result that I have ever had were from two places: Not a "buy your leads" place a "go get them yourself" place! Prior mortgages from your company files, will work people move every 7 years or so. Look for those whose mortgages have just re-adjusted or those whose mortgages are about to and offer them a better plan before they get into hot water. Heh, the subprime issues can benefit the smarter people too! The other place--Rental apartment communities. try this! Go to www.apartments.com for your area. Search out the communities that are high enough to actually buy a home 1500/month rent should work. maybe even 1000./month then to get the names of the people to call or mail to you can go to www.whitepages.com and search the street name for the apartment complex. I have found that most complexes build all on one street or looped street. They won't be in a criss cross diectory but, you will find them this way.
