I'm about two months pregnant (about 8 weeks) and earlier in the week I started getting HORRIBLE back acne. I've never had a problem with acne before....so why now? Also, what are the causes of having acne on your back? What I mean by "causes" is that I take cleanliness to a whole new level so it's not that I'm not washing good back there...Back Acne With Pregnancy, Best answer:

it's just your hormones. An increase in hormones causes oil production, hence the acne.

Buy a back sponge and exfoliate at least twice a week. Should clear it up.

its just hormones..i had it for a while..but it goes away by your third month...just think your body is out of wack b.c its preparing for another human being living in your tummy..so its a new thing..just dont worry .wont be much longer till its gone..good luck and congrats..
