I am using proactiv face and body wash on my back chest arms and shoulders. I have only used it twice and will be using it every other day. I am also a gymnast, so after gymnastics i use proactiv face and body PADS. Within a few weeks will this alone work? I have big red bumps and blackheads covering my shoulders chest arms and back.Acne Body Wash Proactiv, Best answer:

I used to get that really bad and it was horrible to wear tank tops.. Using a pouf WORKS :) The pro avtive will be really great but using the pouf with it should just be that extra push to take it away..hope this helps!

Best solution? Go to a dermatologist and ask for the best one for you to take that nasty acnes/blackheads/scars. It would cost but it is worth it.
