I got acne, 50 pimples on my chest OVER NIGHT.. is this possible? literally.. 50 pimples probably more on my chest.. i never had acne there before.. i wake up i take a shower i get out and i see and its disgusting. my dad said its "heat bumps" ?? what is the difference.Acne 50 Over, Best answer:

Hi there, Heat rash -- also called prickly heat or miliaria -- is a common condition in which areas of the skin itch intensely and often feel prickly or sting due to overheating. Heat rash looks like tiny bumps surrounded by a zone of red skin. It usually occurs on clothed parts of the body, such as the back, abdomen, neck, upper chest, groin, or armpits and goes away on its own within a few days. I think it is a Heat rash because it just appeared over night

heat bumps will go away in a few days or you may have an allergy to something. They probably aren't pimples. If they don't go away, go to a dermatologist. kh

It could be contact dermatitis, something you came into contact which has irritated your skin. Any new soaps or detergents or pets etc?
