I have bad acne and really sensitive skin. Is there any home remedies that can get rid of it within a week. I have a dance coming up. I have tried, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, toothpaste and they didn't do anything. I've been using ice and triple antibiotic oinment stuff and it makes it less noticible but its still there... PLEASE HELP!

Eat Veg, Wash Daily. Don't use Cream they don't work but make it worst.

It's difficult to get rid of acne in a week but now impossible. Here's a few steps that will improve your acne, if not get rid of it in a week: 1. Start from the inside out. Drink lots of water, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep at night and take a vitamin supplement daily. Without doing this, it's almost impossible to get rid of acne. The vitamin supplement isn't essential, but trust me, it makes a big difference to your acne. it is important to avoid processed foods and fried foods, along with sugar and dairy products. Sweets and candy should also be avoided as much as possible. Cutting out as much oil and grease from the diet is important in the process of getting rid of acne. 2. I know a couple of natural remedies that are working well for me. The first one is oatmeal. It's very effective on acne and redness. You can you it as a facial cleanser. Just get some oatmeal, put it in your hand, run it under under the tap and squeeze out the excess water. Splash your face with water then rub the oatmeal into your face. Once you done, wash it away and gently pat your face dry. Do this every morning and evening. 3. The second natural remedy is ice. So the ice can work more effectively, make sure your face is clean before you use it. Wash your face with a facial cleanser or mild soap. Now that you've removed any surface oils, use a frozen ice pack to freeze the pimple. Don't worry if you can't find a freeze pack, you can easily create one by wrapping some ice in foil or cloth. Leave the ice on the pimple for 10 minutes. As soon as the time has passed or you can't take the cold anymore, you can remove the ice pack and immediately rub some spot cream on the zit. Follow these steps again every 5 hours. If you do it correctly, your acne might disappear with in a week. 4. Most spot creams don't work but Sudocrem is amazing. It has excellent reviews for curing acne and definitely worked for me. Unfortunately it is not available in the US. It's available in the UK though. I order mine from Amazon. It's cheap and works brilliantly. 5. This is very important. Never ever touch your face. This will spread bacteria to your face, thus worsening your acne and giving you more. This is a significant low percentage what means that most of us are not getting the recommended daily amount to keep our bodies healthy and to prevent acne. When I had acne, i'm going to be honest, I wasn't eating the right type of foods and really did not think anything about it until it was brought to my attention. I know it can become extre mely difficult for people to consume a daily diet on a regular basis, but this is something what really helped me decrease my acne and it did make me feel better about myself due to losing weight and also feeling more energetic and the most importantly reducing my acne.Here are the best food's what worked for me to reduce my acne:VegetablesI was told that vegetables hold a property what is vitamin B this is something what is used by your hair, nails and skin cells. I was eating vegetables but not on a regular basis, but when i pushed myself to eat them regularly then I saw a reduce in my acne.
